managed by a family of 3 brothers, their family has been
involved in hospitality for
3 generations. Steve, George and Anthony all have different
personalities and ensure
that your dining experience is not only remembered for its
great variety of food but
also great service, and great character resulting in a unique
dining experience.
Each of the brothers have grown up in hospitality with parents
Michael and Annette
owning and operating 2 function centres, with seating of

The entire Spitlers crew is young, enthusiastic and energetic.
The
kitchen is organised by Executive Chef Richard Murray whose
experience stems
from overseas, specialising in European cuisine, Richard
has been a chef for 12 years.
Richard ensures that the menu is changed 5 times a year
which is the key to keeping
our many regulars enthusiastic about dining at Spitlers.
