Spitlers Waterfront has returned to the traditional Sunday Roast with a spin of
Greek Influence with the Lamb on the Spit, by the Spit, at Spitlers.

Marinated for 24 hours in a mix of oregano, garlic, salt, pepper, olive oil
and lemon and slow roasted for 5/1/2 hours before your eyes, this dish
is one not to be missed.

Served with;
Roast potatoes
Homemade Bread with dips and;
Greek salad.
